Store updates; Chinatown + Koreatown

Check the shop section for updates on Japan Home Center. ^__^

edit: +Morning Glory and Han Ah Reum

D: Leena... where did you get your $2 furoshiki and tamagoyaki pan? I was too busy staring at all the Korean BBQ places and the hot guys who kept smoking (D: ew).

Haha :D uhhh, I got my tamagoyaki pan from the grocery store at korean town. Aaaalllll the way in the back of the shop where they have the pans and rice cookers and there's this giant asian(mainly Chinese) grocery store in Queens... where you can get the furikake cheap. Uhm, I think it's somewhere between Elmhurst and Woodside.

Oops, haha you said furoshiki xD I had to go and look that one up. Uhm, I don't know where to get furoshiki... but I can tell you that the tamagoyaki pan I got is pretty good. It was $5, not $2. Confusing me with someone maybe? When you have time, go to St. Marks with a bunch of your friends. It's a great place to go if you want Japanese food. They've got JAS mart and Kenka, which you should go early (when they open for dinner, check them out on Yelp for specific times) to or you'll have to wait a loooong time to get in. :D I had a lot of fun there.

I found this great site for anything bento! They're cheap and have helped me discover just how overpriced jbox is. D: Good thing I never ordered anything from them... which isn't surprising. What is surprising is that I'm actuallly going to invest in a bento box from here, the Blue Sakura Polka Dot set. I digress, this is the site, check it out!http://bentocrazy.ecrater.com/ On a more related subject, they have furoshiki, don't know if the drawstring type is the kind that you're looking for, which just so happens to be all they have. They sell at around $4 each and shipping is $4 for the first item and $1 for any extra items. Happy bento shopping :D

I see what you mean... but they don't have what I want. Thanks for the reference though! I just thought that sending you to BentoCrazy was a good reference. I guess not D: Anyway, you seem to do a lot of research. Good for you! I just tend to get what I like and end up paying for it later... D:

Ooo! It's cute! I like Rilakkuma :D Ahh, well my parents have no right to deny me of online purchases, as my dad likes to buy stuff online and resell them for more... xD so yah, he does it a lot. I don't ask for a lot over the internet, maybe around once a year, so they really don't mind.
